          德国计量泵,普罗名特计量泵,Mh计量泵:   Mh计量泵是液压驱动隔膜式泵头,密封严格的双层PTFE隔膜将输送介质与液压腔分离开。   在输出和吸入冲程中,隔膜通过已经补充柱塞移动的液压过的流体来平衡。   液压腔与腔内的安全阀和自动排放阀构成一体。   内部泄露的油在无阀的状态下被迫回流以便达到无损耗,从而保证了最高的计量精度。   根据压力的大小和设计,泵的止回阀可以是锥形、球形或棱形的,所有能浸湿的部位都是由不锈钢制成的。   应用   添加最小数量(100ml/h)H2SO4 以校正PH值    在聚乙烯生产中计量过氧催化剂(3000 bar)    计量液体CO2    在500bar压力下计量少量(1 l/h)的有机溶剂(实验室用)    在实验室和试验工厂使用    产品特点  
  密封严格    压力高达4000bar    温度范围-60oC-+200oC    精度±0.5%    隔膜破损控制    易维护    一个流量值可以在多个输出压力下达到。计量泵的流量与设定的冲程长度和冲程频率成线性关系。这种线性关系提供给我们一种非常简单的容量调节方式。  |
