这个系列只能够用在那些由当地主管部门认定为对健康无害的应用场合中的交叉连接地方。咨询当地主管部门，了解垂直定向，检测频率，或其他安装要求。系列719满足美国卫生工程师协会（ASSE）标准1015和美国自来水厂协会（AWWA）标准C510的要求。
